All eBooks and digital courses are delivered instantly after payment via a download link sent to your email. No shipping fees apply to digital orders. If you do not receive your link within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact support@hopetohelpyou.com.

PHYSICAL BOOKS — Paperback Editions

Our medical paperback books are fulfilled and shipped via Amazon after your order is confirmed on our store. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your copy has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- United States / Canada / Australia: 7–15 business days
- Gulf & Middle East: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

- Single physical book: $12.00 flat rate (worldwide)
- 2 or more medical books ordered together: FREE shipping
